Pamela Becker, Director
Pamela Becker is a creative and skilled business and marketing professional with over 16 years experience on both the client and agency sides of PR (Gitam/Porter Novelli) and advertising (Gitam/BBDO). Formerly the VP marketing of a Web2.0 company, she has served as the outsourced marketing director of a number of technology and service organizations. Pamela develops business and marketing materials that effectively relay and reinforce client messages. Clients have included internet, hi-tech, legal services, defence and security, electronics, software, finance, fast-moving-packaged-goods, and investment companies. Pamela earned her BA in creative writing from The Johns Hopkins University in the United States and her MBA in strategy from Tel Aviv University.

Jeremy Coleman, Founding Partner
Jeremy Coleman was an expert business strategy consultant, having worked with leading international companies as well as promising start-ups to raise performance and competitiveness, penetrate new markets and develop cross-border deals. Clients included major conglomerates, telecom operators, food manufacturers, software companies and non-profit organizations. Jeremy also led regional competitiveness projects under the guidance of Harvard Business School professor, Michael Porter. Jeremy earned his BA (First Class Honours) at Leeds University in the UK and his MBA at Tel Aviv University. He also completed professional training at Harvard Business School in the United States.

Ayala Halevi is a graduate of the Bezalel Art Institute, with over ten years of experience as an art director in Israel's leading advertising agencies (Gitam/BBDO, Linial DDB, and Dahaf) and interactive media companies (Shape Interactive and Go).
